Sharon Ghausi is a registered patent attorney and focuses her practice on intellectual property law.  She represents clients in enforcing and defending intellectual property rights in state and federal courts as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  She prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceutical compositions, medical devices, and mechanical devices.  Ms. Ghausi regularly assists clients with, and instructs foreign counsel on, the filing and prosecuting patent applications internationally.  She also regularly prepares patentability, validity, right-to-use, and infringement opinions.
